Italpreziosi spa is committed to maintaining the highest standards in terms of conduct, integrity and ethical behaviour, as summarised in the Code of Ethics and other company policies.
In compliance with the current legislation, Italpreziosi spa has adopted special reporting channels through which the stakeholders may report, confidentially and eventually anonymously, any conducts, acts or omissions that are in breach to national or European laws, to the provisions of the Management, Organisation and Control Model adopted by the Company pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and which can undermine the interests and/or integrity of the Company, and/or to the Code of Ethics and other company policies.
