Ivana Ciabatti is CEO and president of the Italpreziosi Spa board of directors. She has over 30 years of experience in the precious metals sector, as well as a great knowledge of business development and planning of new projects, always based on the principles of sustainability, ethics and respect for the environment and human resources. She is vice president of Goldlake IP, a shareholder of Tera Automation. Additionally, she also the position of national president of Confindustria Federorafi, vice president of the European jewelry federation (EFJ), and president of Entrepreneurs for Peace at Rondine Cittadella della Pace. She also took part in the board of directors of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).

Carlo Ferrini is the vice president of Italpreziosi Spa. He has over half a century of experience in the precious metals industrial sector. He is currently a shareholder of major companies operating in the production of jewelry, in the trade and refining of precious metals. To name a few: Precious orchid, Orocinque, SALC, PMP, Italpreziosi Spa.

Filippo Dami is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Pisa, a member of the professional association Dami e Associati. He was Key staff member of the Jean Monnet Project BeSec - Boosting European Security Law and Policy (2018-2019), of the Jean Monnet Project € LSOBA - European Legal Strategies for payment systems in the Open Banking Age (2020). Since 2020 he has been a member of the joint commission for student teachers (CPDS) at the Department of Law of the University of Siena and is a member of the Scientific Committee of Terzjus. He is a member of the Board of Professors of the Doctorate in Legal Sciences activated at the University of Pisa. He is a lecturer in the Masters in Corporate Tax Law at the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University. He was a lecturer in the courses organized at the Higher School of Economics and Finance. During 2017 he participated in the work to define the reform of the Third Sector, collaborating with the consultancy structure of the Ministry of Labor. Member of the Tax Law Drafting Committee.

Giuseppe Ferrara Lawyer with over twenty years of experience in legal and extrajudicial consultancy, assistance and representation in the field of national and international taxation. In 2015 he obtained the title of Legal Adviser - International Law thanks to the "Robert Schuman 2015 Course - International and European Legal Profession for the protection of fundamental human rights", in Strasbourg (France) and the qualification for defense before the Jurisdictions Superior. He has assisted, in the course of tax audits and in the subsequent tax litigation, leading Italian companies. Qualified for defense before higher courts. He assists important Italian companies before the European Court for the protection of human rights. He also carries out consultancy activities in the field of corporate law, including reorganization operations, and agricultural law. Author of multiple publications on tax law and taxation in agriculture. Speaker at conferences on tax law, agricultural taxation and third sector entities.

Alice Vanni is currently Compliance and Sustainability Officer at Italpreziosi Spa, a leading refiner of precious metals. After obtaining a specialization in international relations, his work experiences have been concentrated in International Affairs, first at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Italy and then at two think tanks, the Institute of International Affairs (IAI) and ChinaMED Project. After several years, you are now a specialist in sustainability and compliance of the mining sectors.
